服務條款

一、服務內容

本平台由 MM CAFE LIMITED 營運，主要提供：

• 會員帳戶管理
• 餐廳訂座服務
• 會員積分系統
• 電子優惠券及獎賞管理
• 品牌資訊及活動推廣
• 其他由本公司不時提供之服務

二、帳戶責任

使用者須：

• 提供真實及準確資料；
• 妥善保管登入資料；
• 對帳戶內所有活動負責；
• 不得冒充他人或使用未獲授權帳戶。

如發現任何未經授權使用情況，應立即通知本公司。

三、帳戶真實性

使用者不得建立、持有、維護或使用任何虛假、冒領、不實、重複或具誤導性之帳戶。本平台嚴禁任何使用者利用虛假身分、虛假帳戶、自動化工具或不實資料來獲取會員資格、累積積分、領取優惠券或進行任何濫用平台服務之行為。

四、可接受使用規則

使用者不得：

• 從事任何違法活動；
• 干擾平台運作或安全；
• 嘗試未經授權存取系統；
• 散播惡意程式、病毒或有害內容；
• 濫用會員制度、積分或優惠券機制；
• 損害本公司或其他使用者權益。

五、訂座及會員優惠

所有訂座、會員積分、優惠券及獎賞安排均受本公司不時公布之規則約束。本公司保留以下權利：

• 修改積分計算方式；
• 修改優惠券內容；
• 設定使用限制；
• 暫停、取消或終止相關優惠計劃。

六、知識產權

本平台內所有內容，包括但不限於文字、圖像、設計、商標、品牌素材及軟件系統，均屬 MM CAFE LIMITED 或相關權利人所有。

未經書面授權，任何人士不得複製、修改、散播、出版或作商業用途。

七、服務可用性

本公司將盡合理努力維持平台正常運作，但不保證平台不會中斷、完全無錯誤或永遠符合所有使用者需求。

本公司可因維護、升級或其他合理原因暫停服務，而毋須事先通知。

八、責任限制

在法律容許的最大範圍內，本公司對因使用或無法使用本平台所引致之任何直接、間接、附帶或衍生損失概不承擔責任。

九、終止帳戶

如使用者違反本服務條款或濫用平台服務，本公司有權：

• 暫停帳戶；
• 限制功能使用；
• 終止會員資格；
• 取消相關優惠或積分。

十、法律適用

本服務條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄及解釋。因本平台產生或與本平台有關之任何爭議，均受香港法院專屬司法管轄。

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MM Café Lounge, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

User Accounts

Users may create accounts using supported authentication methods, including email/password authentication and approved third-party login providers. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

Account Authenticity

Users are strictly prohibited from creating, maintaining, or using false, fake, fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading accounts. You may not use fake identities, automated scripts, or fraudulent details to register accounts, claim rewards, accumulate points, or manipulate platform services.

Reservations

MM Café Lounge may allow users to submit and manage restaurant reservations. Submission of a reservation request does not guarantee availability until confirmed according to our operational procedures.

Membership Points and Vouchers

The platform may provide membership points, rewards, vouchers, or promotional benefits. MM CAFE LIMITED reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional program at its discretion.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information

Service Availability

We strive to keep MM Café Lounge available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MM CAFE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of MM Café Lounge.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service when users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of MM Café Lounge after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
