服務條款

一、服務範圍及未成年使用者

本平台提供餐廳資訊、訂座、會員、積分、獎賞、優惠券、排班及媒體展示，以及招聘等功能。個別服務的特定條件會於相關頁面、活動或優惠券列明，並須與本條款一併閱讀；就該服務的具體使用條件，以較具體且合法的條件為準。

本平台主要供十二歲或以上人士使用。未滿十二歲人士只應在家長或監護人監督下使用；未成年人士在提交資料或作出涉及法律或付款責任的安排前，應徵詢家長或監護人。

二、帳戶及會員資料

您須提供準確資料、妥善保管登入資料，並在發現未經授權使用時盡快通知我們。您須對自己授權的帳戶活動負責，並採取合理措施防止他人濫用；本條款不使您在任何情況下均須承擔未經授權活動的責任。

不得建立或使用虛假、冒領、重複或具誤導性的帳戶，或以不實身份、資料或自動化工具獲取不當利益。若意外建立重複帳戶，請聯絡我們處理。

會員編號使用登記的八位香港電話號碼，由管理員根據實體會員表格的帳戶電郵及電話設定。請聯絡我們更正；不得冒用他人的會員編號。

三、訂座

訂座須以本平台顯示的確認狀態或本公司明確確認為準。請核對日期、香港時間、時段、人數及聯絡資料；提交要求本身不保證有位。

目前一般網上訂座為兩小時時段，每次一至十二人。使用者可於訂座日期之前透過平台取消；訂座當日如需取消或更改，請直接聯絡本公司，安排視實際情況而定。其他可訂日期、預約數量及防濫用限制以訂座頁面及系統所示為準。

如無法到場，請盡早通知。我們可記錄未到店情況，但本條款本身不設未到店罰款。如因營運需要必須更改或取消已確認訂座，我們會在合理可行情況下盡快通知並協助另作安排。

四、積分、獎賞及優惠券

積分、獎賞及優惠須依適用活動及發出時的條件使用；其有效期、最低消費、適用項目及兌換限制以相關條件為準。除非相關條件或法律另有規定，積分及免費推廣獎賞並非現金或存款，不能要求兌換現金。

本平台的優惠券為可轉讓的持券憑證，並非僅因顯示在某會員帳戶便綁定該會員身份。兌換須出示有效憑證並經職員核實；已兌換、已失效或因正當原因作廢的優惠券不可再次使用。請妥善保管序號及二維碼，不要公開分享；遺失、外洩或爭議請盡快聯絡我們，處理方式須按可核實資料及適用權利決定，而非保證補發或一律拒絕處理。

我們可合理地調整日後的優惠安排，並就重大更改作適當通知。我們不會單憑本條款追溯取消已合法取得的優惠；處理欺詐、明顯錯誤、法律要求或原有明確條件的情況除外。已付款購買的優惠券及其他受法律保障的權益，仍受適用合約及法律保障。

五、可接受使用及提交內容

不得從事違法活動、未經授權存取帳戶或系統、干擾服務、散播惡意程式、侵害他人權利，或操控訂座、積分、投票及優惠機制。

您提交的資料及內容須真實且有權提供；不得上傳未獲授權的第三者個人資料或侵權內容。僅在您使用某項功能提交內容時，您授予我們為接收、處理及提供該功能所需的非專屬使用權；只有明確供公開展示或另經授權的內容才可公開。您保留原有權利。招聘申請不保證獲聘。

六、知識產權及第三方服務

本平台的文字、圖片、設計、商標及軟件等屬本公司或相關權利人所有。除法律准許、正常使用本平台或另獲授權外，不得複製、修改、發佈或商業利用。

第三方登入及外部連結可能受其供應商條款及私隱政策約束。第三方條款不免除本公司在適用法律下的責任。個人資料處理詳見本平台的私隱政策。

七、服務可用性及資料

我們會以合理謹慎及技能提供服務，但不能保證服務永不中斷或完全沒有錯誤。服務可能因維護、安全、故障或合理營運需要暫停或調整；在合理可行情況下，我們會就有重大影響的已知安排提供通知。

如您發現訂座、積分或優惠紀錄有誤，請聯絡我們核查；系統顯示並非不可質疑的最終證據。相片及菜單僅供參考；價格、供應及其他交易條件應於訂購或購買前確認。

八、違規處理及帳戶關閉

如有合理理由懷疑違規、欺詐或安全風險，我們可採取與情況相稱的措施，包括暫時限制功能、調查或暫停帳戶；嚴重或持續違規可導致終止使用。取消積分或優惠應以涉及違規、不當取得或其他有正當依據的部分為限。

除非法律、安全或調查需要不容許，我們會說明原因並提供聯絡渠道以供覆核。您可聯絡我們要求關閉帳戶；已合法取得的權益、未完成責任及依法保存的資料須另按適用條件處理，並非一律自動失效。

九、責任及不可排除的權利

本條款不排除或限制任何依法不能排除或限制的責任，包括因疏忽引致死亡或人身傷害的責任、欺詐責任，以及適用的法定消費者權利。

在法律允許且公平合理的範圍內，我們不對不能合理預見的損失，或使用者以商業用途使用本平台所引致的利潤或商機損失承擔責任。本條款不一概免除我們因自身違約或疏忽而須承擔的直接損失責任，亦不要求使用者放棄合法申索。

十、修訂、法律、語言及聯絡

本頁列明版本及生效日期。我們可作合理修訂，並於本平台公布；重大修訂會在合理可行情況下預先通知。修訂原則上向後適用，不會單憑公布便剝奪既有合約或法定權利。法律要求明確同意時，我們會另行取得同意；否則於生效日期後繼續使用表示接受合法適用的修訂。

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。爭議由香港法院專屬管轄，但不影響適用法律賦予使用者而不能排除的其他司法管轄權利。

中英文版本旨在具有相同意思。如有差異，請聯絡我們澄清，不應以差異擴大免責或減少法定權利。如任何條文無效，其餘條文在合法範圍內繼續適用。

1. Services and Younger Users

The Platform provides restaurant information, reservations, membership, points, rewards, vouchers, schedule and media displays, and recruitment features. Specific conditions shown on relevant pages, campaigns or vouchers must be read with these terms. More specific lawful conditions govern the detailed use of the relevant service.

The Platform is primarily intended for people aged 12 or above. Children under 12 should use it only with parental or guardian supervision. Minors should consult a parent or guardian before submitting information or making arrangements involving legal or payment obligations.

2. Accounts and Membership Information

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for account activities you authorize and must take reasonable steps to prevent misuse. These terms do not make you responsible for unauthorized activity in every circumstance.

Do not create or use false, impersonated, duplicate or misleading accounts, or obtain improper benefits through false identities, information or automated tools. Contact us if you accidentally create duplicate accounts.

Membership IDs use registered eight-digit Hong Kong telephone numbers, set by an administrator using the account email and telephone number on the physical membership form. Contact us for corrections; do not misuse another person's membership ID.

3. Reservations

Reservations require confirmation shown by the Platform or expressly given by us. Check the date, Hong Kong time, slot, party size and contact information. Submitting a request alone does not guarantee availability.

Ordinary online reservations currently use two-hour slots for one to twelve people. Users may cancel through the Platform before the reservation date. For same-day cancellations or changes, contact us directly; arrangements depend on circumstances. Other booking-window, reservation-count and anti-abuse limits are as shown on the booking page and by the system.

Notify us promptly if you cannot attend. We may record non-attendance, but these terms do not introduce a no-show fee. If operational needs require us to change or cancel a confirmed reservation, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and assist with alternatives.

4. Points, Rewards and Vouchers

Points, rewards and benefits must be used under the applicable campaign and issuance conditions. Relevant conditions govern validity, minimum spending, eligible items and redemption limits. Unless those conditions or law provide otherwise, points and free promotional rewards are not cash or deposits and cannot be demanded in cash.

Platform vouchers are transferable bearer instruments, not identity-bound merely because they appear in a particular member's account. Redemption requires presentation of a valid instrument and staff verification. Redeemed, expired or legitimately voided vouchers cannot be reused. Protect serial numbers and QR codes and do not share them publicly. Promptly report loss, exposure or disputes; handling depends on verifiable information and applicable rights, rather than a guarantee of replacement or automatic refusal.

We may reasonably change future benefit arrangements and give appropriate notice of material changes. We will not rely solely on these terms to retrospectively cancel legitimately acquired benefits, except to address fraud, manifest error, legal requirements or existing express conditions. Paid vouchers and other legally protected interests remain subject to the applicable contract and law.

5. Acceptable Use and Submitted Content

Do not engage in unlawful activity, access accounts or systems without authorization, disrupt services, distribute malware, infringe others' rights, or manipulate reservations, points, voting or benefits.

Submitted information and content must be truthful and provided with appropriate rights. Do not upload unauthorized third-party personal data or infringing content. Only where you submit content through a feature, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it as necessary to receive, process and provide that feature. Content may be made public only when clearly submitted for public display or separately authorized. You retain your existing rights. A recruitment application does not guarantee employment.

6. Intellectual Property and Third Parties

Platform text, images, designs, trademarks and software belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Except as permitted by law, for normal Platform use or under authorization, do not copy, modify, publish or commercially exploit them.

Third-party sign-in and external links may be subject to provider terms and privacy policies. Third-party terms do not remove our responsibilities under applicable law. Our Privacy Policy explains personal data handling.

7. Availability and Information

We provide services with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security, faults or reasonable operational needs may require suspension or changes. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of known arrangements with material effects.

Contact us to investigate apparent errors in reservations, points or benefit records. System displays are not conclusive evidence that cannot be challenged. Photographs and menus are for reference; confirm prices, availability and other transaction conditions before ordering or purchasing.

8. Enforcement and Account Closure

Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach, fraud or security risk, we may take proportionate measures, including temporary feature restrictions, investigation or suspension. Serious or repeated breaches may result in termination. Cancellation of points or benefits should be limited to those affected by misconduct, improperly obtained or otherwise subject to a justified basis.

Unless law, security or investigation needs prevent it, we will explain the reason and provide a contact channel for review. You may contact us to close your account. Legitimately acquired rights, outstanding obligations and lawfully retained information are handled under the applicable conditions rather than automatically extinguished.

9. Liability and Non-excludable Rights

These terms do not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, and applicable statutory consumer rights.

To the extent lawful, fair and reasonable, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or lost profits or business opportunities arising from business use of the Platform. These terms do not generally exclude liability for direct loss caused by our own breach or negligence or require users to abandon lawful claims.

10. Changes, Law, Languages and Contact

This page identifies the version and effective date. We may make reasonable changes and publish them on the Platform, giving advance notice of material changes where reasonably practicable. Changes generally apply prospectively and publication alone does not remove existing contractual or statutory rights. Where law requires express consent, we will obtain it separately. Otherwise, continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance of lawfully applicable changes.

These terms are governed by Hong Kong SAR law. Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any non-excludable rights to another jurisdiction under applicable law.

The Chinese and English versions are intended to have the same meaning. Contact us to clarify discrepancies; discrepancies should not expand exclusions or reduce statutory rights. If a provision is invalid, the remainder continues to apply to the extent lawful.
